Thank you for shopping with Inner Sanctum by Robyn. Because our products are made to order through a third-party print-on-demand fulfillment partner, please review the following shipping information carefully.
Order Processing & Production All orders are custom-produced after purchase. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before your order is handed off to a carrier. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.
Estimated Delivery Times After production, estimated shipping times are:
- Standard Shipping (US): 3–5 business days
- Expedited Shipping (US): 1–3 business days
Total estimated time from order to delivery: 5–15 business days, depending on your location and the production queue.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.
Domestic Shipping We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us at innersanctumbyrobyn@gmail.com within 20 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will work with our fulfillment partner to arrange a reprint or resolution at no additional cost to you.
Lost Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us within 20 days of the delivery date. We'll investigate with the carrier and our fulfillment partner on your behalf.
Returns & Exchanges Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. Defective or damaged items are always covered.
Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
